Trauma Scene Clean-up:
This 3 day course starts with an introduction to microbiology and pathogens. Instructor, Mr. Kent Berg, will take you through every aspect of decontaminating a crime, accident and decomposition scene.

A certificate and wallet card is awarded by NIDS to graduates, and Continuing Education Credits (or CEC's) are awarded from the IICRC and the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). NIDS training meets and exceeds the requirements of the American BioRecovery Association (ABRA).

Kent Berg is considered one of the pioneers in developing this industry. He is the founder of the American BioRecovery Association (the international, non-profit trade association for the Crime Scene Cleanup industry) and author of the world-renowned textbook, Crime and Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery”, Kent Berg serves as a consultant to the government and the courts.

Certification
The “BioRecovery Technician” certification from ABRA, the nationally recognized standard in crime and trauma scene decontamination, is available to students who pass the final exam.
ABRA certification is an additional $150.00, payable to ABRA at the conclusion of the course. (Please do not include certification fee with course registration fee).

Limited Seating
We suggest that travel arrangements not be made prior to receiving a faxed confirmation from our office. In the event a course is cancelled or postponed, CRA will not be responsible for any costs incurred.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation received at least 10 days prior to class will be subject to a $100/person processing fee. No refund will be granted after 10 days prior to class.
