Consumer Hotline

In an effort to support Consumers, the CRA Membership has established the "Consumer Hotline." The Hotline provides you, the user of our member's services, a place to ask questions and provide input to the association about the services provided.

We ask that you provide us with some basic information about you and your firm. This information is kept confidential and is not shared with our membership. CRA will use the information to reply to your questions and any other needed response. We use this information also to update consumers on relevant issues that might affect them and our membership.

If you wish to ask a question or make a comment about the Cleaning and Restoration industry, please use the form provided below. We will respond to you within 24 hours from receipt of your inquiry or comment. In most cases a response will be made the same day depending upon the time of day.
